Thanks for the tip on the crayfish - those things belong on a plate only
Got my first tank 43 years ago, and been keeping tropicals/marines ever since.
If I can you one piece of advice, keep a close eye on the tanks temperature, the LED's can kick out a lot of heat.

Wow - nice aquariums steveo! I've always wanted to set up a marine tank but have been too scared to take the plunge / commitment.

The LED I have in the lid is just a 12v strip light, so it doesn't heat up a lot....or pretty much at all.

I was always too chicken to do a marine set up as there were all sorts of horror stories about how difficult it was to set up and maintain a marine tank in good health. Looking back now I should probably give it a try.... I heard lots of horror stories about ducatis before I got one that did me a whole year without missing a beat. I think most of the horror stories are generated by people who shouldn't be allowed to own a goldfish bowl, let alone a marine tank. Same with the duc!

You have a beautiful set up there. I'm impressed.
If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Keeping a marine tank takes a bit of work, and costs a few quid, in fact even a small one costs an arm, and a leg.
It's also quite frustrating at times, but can be very rewarding.
    Go for it

How about fish farming, would that be a waste of time or could there be money in it?

Do you think it would be illegal to farm large and small mouth Bass :/ I'm thinking it sounds like such a good idea it must be illegal.

Perfectly legal with permitting why would it not be

And yes, fish farming is lucrative. Takes money to make money.

Sh*t you mean I need a permit to do it :/ that's already sounding expensive, I just dropped 7 grand for a building permit and another 750$ for a demolition permit and I haven't even nailed my first 2x4.

I heard rumour that Bass is considered a game fish and it is apparently a complication up here to keep native game fish in captivity. I'm kinda hoping that on the side of the lake that they came from is not considered captivity.
