That is an SL 350 Honda with CL350 pipes. It is almost identical to the motorcycle that I learned on as a teenager that my best friend owned and taught me to ride and maintain. Ah, those fond memories...
neck tag is the easiest way to tell. As it pertains to the CB or CL there is little difference frame or engine wise between the 2, but an SL has significant changes.
IMHO it's a CB/CL with SL bodywork. None of the other cool SL pieces like the high mount front, the carbs, or the rear alloy fender look to be there.
