    Turbo is "sticking"
    Way to much money.

Waiting on info about the red one.

Playing phone tag with the owner of the white car.
Seems to tick all the right boxes.

I wonder if anyone has basic drawings of those old kitcar frames anywhere. Surely there had to exist some layouts in order to rebuild after a crash.
    Bike:
    Buell X1
    Honda S90 (box of parts)
    Honda CB750C (runs)
    The Others (mostly rolling wounded)

My collar may be a little frayed, and maybe I need a shoeshine. But nobody\'s got a mortgage on my soul. I own it. Free and clear. -Phil Lovecraft

    which old kit car frames?

Assuming you are not talking about the VW based ones, the manuals usually gave dimensions to help with crash repair, but a lot of kit car chassis were developed seat of the pants. It isn't like they did things on anything but a shoestring.

In the case of Fiberfab, well...that's complicated. Fiberfab's founder went to prision for killing his wife, eventually the company was sold to 5 or 6 different outfits all over the country before being sold and reformed as Classic Motor Carrages (later Street Beasts) in 1983. in 1994 the company was sued heavily for fraud and in 2010 was forced to close as a result of the legal fees. The molds and jigs and stuff was sold on ebay in 2011. There is a new fiberfab that makes valkeryes on their own frame and calls themselves fiberfab but the only carry over is the body. The only place that may have drawings were the overseas licenses like germany and brazil where there was investment made to make the respectable cars which means those drawings and blueprints are likely considered company secrets.

BTW, most kitcars after a crash were junked or a new frame ordered. They are seldom worth the cost of even straightening them.

I was actually talking about the challengers and just general circle track cars built to a formula. I keep tossing around this idea of using circle track parts on a street car and while control arms and such are fairly easy to find (in symmetrical form is a tad harder but doable), one is kind of on their own as far as the geometry.

Just seen a road test on Fifth Gear for the Morgan 3 Wheeler. I now really want one, and could even drive it on my bike licence.
    30 grand's a bit of a sticking point though.

Sorry I had a senior moment. The measurements fir those kit cars were in the assembly book. If you can find one you have what you need. Surprisingly those kit cars used stock geometry.
