The Fang is Nervous Norvis' best song EVER!
CLICK HERE to listen to it. That's me. I'm The Fang, 'cause I'm a red-hot daddy with a thousand volts... lol
One morning, I was born on the planet Mars
I gassed up my cradle and I shot through the stars
And I landed on Earth with a solid bang
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
Now, it didn't take me long to get settled down
'Cause when I dug the cool chicks in every town
I said, 'This is it, cat, let's get Earthbound'
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I got a be-bop cat, man, a real stingaree
And a solid gold keychain down to the knees
And real nervous pegs with a crazy crease
I'm the Fang
The Fang
I'm the Fang
Man, I'm feelin' just like a newborn colt
I'm gonna hit these chicks with a Martian jolt
'Cause I'm a red-hot daddy with a thousand volts
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
Now, I meet this Earth cat and he says, 'Hi, you all'
'Man, you real nervous, you feel like a ball?'
I said, 'Sure, daddy" he said, 'Let's find a hole'
Ah - he didn't know I was a Fang
The Fang
The Fang
So we dug a cool hole and tried it on for size
And all the cats were jumpin' to a rock and roll cry
And every bellaroony chick just glued her eyes
On the Fang
On the Fang
On the Fang
My feet started flashin' like the noonday sun
And my blue suedes were hotter than a two-dollar gun
And the chicks all yelled, 'Daddy-o, you're the one!'
'You're the Fang!'
'You must be the Fang!'
'You're the Fang!'
Now, when I left that hall about twelve midnight
I was an outer-space poppa that was feelin' right
'Cause every chick in the house was mine on sight
Man, I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I'm the Fang
I revved up my rod and I flashed into flight
And I sped through the stars like a Mars delight
And I know those Earth chicks are dreamin' tonight
Of the Fang
Of the Fang
Of the Fang
peace and grease,
The Fang

Man, that's an awesome song. Thanks for sharing that.
I am gonna guess a Honda CB750 of the SOHC variety made from '69-'78 too easy haha. Probably won't be in the windy city for a while but I won't forget.quote:Originally posted by 736cafe

lastman - expected and accepted position on racetrack. Please no Yorkshire lingo otherwise we will be provided with verses of " On Ilkla Moor Ba' Tat" or phrases like "Where there's muck there's money". Although in Yorkshire, driving around Oliver's Mount racetrack is great- it' a public road.

Like the little cafe near the Memorial - great view over the town and coast. Every time in Scarborough I drive around the track - can't believe they race there, especially the downhill section into the hairpin!!
Have a Scarborough three miles away from us on the US East Coast- great beach - and town I live in called Wakefield. Any Yorkshire influence you think?
bloody ell its a small world matey !did you know olivers mount was set up as a racetrck in the early 1940's?
maybe this is of interest to you..checkout the vintage photos and film footage.

Thanks for the great link which has a lap of the track on it. It's so narrow - check out the bike width compared to the road width - that road is about 12 feet wide max. And the hairpins!!! The trees and the cafe are also pretty close!!

Can't say "Wanker" ? You got the mouth of a nun or something ?
If they call a sheep a ram.
And a donkey an ass.
Why do they call a ram in the ass a goose?
