the book, i mean.
love reading. the more technical the better too.
Which one - AG Bell? Great book. Jenning's was good at the time and John Robinson's is easy to read too. I have editions 1 and 2 of Bell's book and both are covered in notes and highlighter.
bell one. great so far. rebuts a lot of the bs i hear about of what makes engines go faster for damn sure.
Mr Bell knows his stuff and explains it well, which makes it a whole lot easier to wrap your brain around. In reality a 2 stroke is even more complex but I'm not sure that outside of Dr Gordon Blair that anyone else could explain the complex wave dynamics.
If you ever get a chance to see a copy of MOTA in operation, check out some of the pressure and temperature wave simulations and prepare to be amazed.
