OK, I found it.

It says on the Box--CDC Malossi Prese aria a cornetto, made in Italy, Calderara Di Reno (Bologna)

It is polished alloy, OD on the end where the female threads are is 55mm, ID before the threads start is 52mm. Diameter at the Bellmouth is about 77mm. It is pretty flat, about 22mm from front to back.

I have a pair. If I recall correctly, I won these at a uscra event, and they were donated by Vintage Cosmo.

Shoot me your address and I will send them out. I double checked the ID of the threaded end and It could be a little bigger than 52mm, but not 53mm. It is a female thread. Between my old eyes and old micrometer could be a hair off.
