    I would probably get stuck in it with my back. Though I could see myself traveling the downtown streets at a blistering 18 mph. I can only imagine how fast that actually feels when your face is level with the curb.

    Hell, my belt sander will do about 40 mph if you let it go.... but then it only goes as far as the cord is long.

    Belt sanders are the dragsters of the power tool world ...they go really fast for short distances.

    there used to be new years day belt sander races in boston. there was an open class. for ones powered buy like 125cc husky chain saw motors and shit like that. i know the started to morph into all kinvs of other stuff. not so interesting.
