New to the Cafe Scene and need some guidance

I am brand new to the cafe scene, after finally finding the perfect 73 cb350. I love it. it is all original...I mean everything. Im going to go through and clean it all up, and replace a lot of old wore out parts like the plugs of course and the air filters.

Now CB guys out there what do you suggest I do to make the bike run the best it can.

    Different air cleaner?
    different plugs?

Any suggestions you guys have that could help.

    Thanks
    zak

Proper tune-up: Adjust valves & cam chain tensioner, gap points & plugs and set timing. Lube or replace cables. Do not remove airbox, do not replace airbox with pod filters, do not replace mufflers with generic shorties.

350 twin? Here's the honda shop manual for it:

    faaack!

zac, is the "G model" picture on your profile page the CB350 you are referring to in this post? if so, i can't imagine that there is anything wrong with it. please, before you think about hacking it up into a "cafe" for the "scene" just sell it to me for whatever you paid for it. bikes that original are true survivors.....35+ year survivors. that bike in your photo was loved and cared for. it would be a shame to abort it so much later in it's perfect unmolested excellent life.

o.k., i just took a breath after posting the avatar you are using on your profile page.....since it came from this site:

i'm almost positive that it isn't the bike you are referring to in your post, so feel free to resume the abortion.
