    Mt Washington hill climb

Went up to spectate Sunday, friend of a friend was racing his homebuilt tube framed contraption in the Climb to the Clouds. Its basically a bunch of parts bin Audi awd parts in a light chassis, with a big-ass turbo pumping 30psi through it. He had some problems with the shifter on his first run, but ended up getting 3rd overall on his second run.

    Some videos:

Those vids have some truly glorious music in them. I'm going to have to make it down there one of these years to spectate.

You can see Super Chicken off to the side after he had shifter problems on his first run.

Just riding up that thing is a nerve-shattering experience. I can't imagine racing up it. Do they go all the way to the top?

No bikes, and yes, if the weather cooperates, they go all the way up.
