    That Nova's a bad motherfucker. That term's badly over used, it is.

    Dude drives that car a fair distance to race his "home" track.

    I think he always does Dragweek. The years I've followed it, he normally does it without much parts breakage.

    The year Dragweek started at Cordova, I wanted to go but couldn't. He ran up to the next to last day without hurting anything. Then had to pop a couple pistons in it in a parking lot. IIRC ran the best times of the week on the parking lot overhaul.

    He's from OK. Corey probably knows him.

    I think that was very impressive. Technology has come a long way in the last 30 years that would allow a car that can run that kind of time to still be even remotely streetable.
    Very impressive mix of parts that would allow him to drive to the track and do a 6.95.

    The way it leaves blows my mind. No drama, no wheelies, no wrinkling sheet metal. Hooks and moves out with a purpose like a slot car. I can't imagine how many hours went into something that looks so effortless.
