    New King?

The all new ZX14-R came out today. I really like it but I'm a bit biased. The styling is pretty much the same so if you didn't like the old you won't like the new. The zx14 I have is only a measly 1352cc's, this year the increased the stroke +4mm making the displacement 1441cc's. They also added the traction control from the ZX10, I bet this thing will be awesome. It could definitely use some different exhaust.

    Flames? Really?

Rode a concors14 and hated it. Way too top heavy and just didn't feel confident on it - no road feel. It was like sitting in a bean bag chair made of novicane. If the zx14 is anything like it I suspect I'll hate it as well.

Styling I can take it or leave it. As someone who had s Ferrari testarossa poster on his wall in the 80s, I can see the appeal, just wish they would fix it's eyes.

Flames are a bit much, I don't like flames on anything though.

The connie is a different beast in my opinion, I've ridden one and it is very heavy, especially for me at 140lbs, but I didn't hate it. The ZX14 in my opinion is totally different. Definitely not as light and flickable as the litre bikes but still a smooth confident bike. I'll let you take the 14 for a ride if you ever find yourself around these parts.

I love the front end but I've had much better headlights.

Not a fan of the flames either- but I'm sure there will be even more horsepower, I'm already thinking of trading mine in..............
but did they have to trade in those silly George Foreman grilles for something even gaudier?
Still, I want one. They still look better to me than the Busa does.
