New Years Eve ... i absolutely detest it, people you dont know saying 'happy new year'' well FUCK OFF! i dont want to know! and those dickheads that let fireworks off at midnight want pinning down and a lit roman candle shoving up thier arse ,
what is the point in it ? you can celebrate the new year and next day someone close to you could die.. happy new year my arse.

Wow, sounds like 50 is working well for you so far.

I won't say Happy New Year, cause it gets shrill to my ears as well; but I will say that I hope 2012 treats us all well.

    Cheers,

Yeah....um ......grumpiness is a side affect of quitting smoking.

I used to love new years because it meant new years parties. And I used to throw some wild new years parties. Like 1980s teen movie style parties where major construction needed to be done the next day so my parents wouldn't find out kinda parties. I miss those days. This year I am going to stroll my new daughter to the park, watch some state sponsored fireworks, and try to explain to her the evils of boys who throw good parties.

spent it on my pooltable battling a mate while up the bacardi and canadian club. it needn't all be as bad as that tony. i'm 2/3 your age and am over going out already. spend it with friends and loved ones and theres a better chance of shit not sucking. 2004 was my first dealings with people using self purchased fireworks and they can stick that too.

New Years Schmew Years. Humbug. Bunch of drunks on the roads. Paramount Studios - literally across the street had hip hop music and fireworks until onefreakinAM!
Meanwhile, I was on the couch, with TCM and Ice Station Zebra until 1:15AM. What a great movie. They don't make them like that anymore.
