    A cultural anthropologist might look at that and assign meaning to the plastic, pipes, and paint finding antecedents in the cobbled together tractors and trucks uneducated peasant farmers used in prewar/industrialization Nippon.     I love that kinda stuff! I'd never be caught dead driving one, but I appreciate the enthusiasim and "craftmanship", it's FUN. They can't take them seriously as performance vehicles, they're moving works or art, so to speak.
