i doubt it's the petcock, it's more than likely the tank, he mentions needing to reseal it... basically meaning: I just spent 600$ on this bcr fiberglass tank because it looked cool instead of a couple hundred more on a metal tank that won't get destroyed by gas... I'd also bet his carbs leaking has more to do with the float needles being gummed up by dissolved resin than an actual leak

Hilarious. A hotted up roller door looks a billion times better IMHO.
    That's like, your opinion, man.

I have an airtech CR750 tank that has never had fuel in it. Dreading trying to figure out what to do about it.

what's so hard to figure out - you put a caswell kit in it. or redkote. Nothing to dread.

This is kind of disappointing. I actually liked this bike, despite being a largely poseur bike because it was a good example of how much you have to change on a DOHC to even begin to have it look old (short answer - a lot). Plus it looked lighter and it really didn't look like the mismatch they usually do when cheap assholes try to make cheap DOHC look expensive and old.

I am disappointed that he didn't spring for the steel tank. I am more disappointed that his researve is more than $2000 for a bike that can't be used and needs $1000 to get back to good looking state and am more disappointed there are people stupid enough to pay it.
