to sell all the parts sepretley you could make up to $2000 on ebay if all the body parts are in good to great shape.

i'd offer the guy/gal $750-$1000 if i had it, but i never do!

    good luck!

I paid about $30 for the last narrow case I bought...of course it was over 30 years ago.
Tex is right about how much you can get for the parts. Too bad it's not a Diana. I still have the original cam from my first Diana (bought new for $700 in 1963) in my desk drawer.

Thanks for the input guys. I offered 1000 he countered with 2000. So I just needed a second opinion. I think this may be another case of EBAY prices keeping a bike from selling. These are always people who wouldn't sell on ebay, just 'know what they're worth'...

    Whatever, I thought I found a deal.

I got my basket case 350...for $100....most of the necessary running gear for a race bike was there....meaning frame, engine, wheels.

Rosko, got the package, thanks bro!

Vintage Ducati prices are getting crazy. My 160 Monza Jr. seems to be worth at least $2K. At the giro the guy from Eddies Vintage said he would pay 1800 to 2400 for it.

If you want, $1200 to $1500 as a counter offer would be reasonable as long as the motor is free and the bike is complete. Parts are pretty easy to find for the 250's.
