the stock cb77 model was non adjustable. i have an original on my cb77 and i used it on my race bike for years because it actually still works! its like a fat hatchback holder opener.

the old school ones are adjustable, you just turn it so the back of the dampner sticks out a little and then twist the chrome knob on the back. You would have to go pretty far back in time for a steering dampner to be non-adjustable on a bike. Even the honda and suzuki ones in the 60's were adjustable. All the ones on my Kawi triples are adjustable although they don't look it.quote:

I havent put one in my hands yet but today is monday and I will start looking at them today there are three bikes shops around here so I'll venture and find one to put on.
