    Totally agree - I had a couple of goes at reading it and could never finish it. Too much musing around in circles about the clashes between rational and romantic reasoning. It was only the bits where he talked about the bike that drew my interest back but they became too few and far between.

    Still, book is a classic and he certainly flexed more of his grey matter than most of us ever will.

    it will be a nice read.
    I've read it a couple of times. I wouldn't consider it a nice read either time. It's more of a marathon as the middle is quite bad. It gets much better toward the end when you are given more of the details about why this guy is going down his thought exercise.
