BMW Airheads - All the same size?

Let me start by saying I have been pouring all over this board for over 3+ months now and its been a wealth of knowledge. From these posts and threads, I have narrowed my project build bike to a BMW Airhead (R series) from the late 80s-early 90s. My question is - I am having a hard time discerning which R series would be the largest/tallest bike to start with as I am 6'6", 200lbs. Can anyone shed any light on say an R100R vs R100GS vs R80 or are all R series bikes the same frame, just with different motors/forks- some for touring, others as dual sport, others for road? Looking for the largest bike in this family I can find as a starting point.

you will get a lot of answers over on advrider, probably a factor of 10,000 to one, the amount of airhead members over there compared to here

The R100GS has the tallest seat height. According to the Haynes manual 850mm compared to 807mm on other Mono models.
What are your plans for the "build"?

a late r100r will have a paralever rear end, as will some of the gs. if you start with an r or other road bike you won't have to make such dramatic suspension mods. but there's possibly more gs and other late airheads.
