    I've seen that bike around. If it is the same bike I am thinking of it has been through several versions. I don't really know what to call it besides a toaster on steriods. Maybe mad max's stress reliever?

    yeah sort of cool jeep look with those D606 tires. - two dirt bike rears can't handle very well though... And the price is just silly - starter broken, rusty spokes etc. doesn't speak of great upkeep

    There is a local guy who posts 450's for sale on cl pretty often, always mis-labeled as cb500. Never done, always halfway to some weird vision of a project. it's a shame to see these black bomber tanked bikes chopped to bits.

    Seth, I am pretty sure it is the same guy and interestingly enough the same core bike. I think what happened is he sold a stock chrome tank 450 for some stupid price once and since then he has been rebuilding the same bike over and over with the same core cb450 and cb500t parts. He always asks stupid money and the thing never sells.
