if you can cut a good light and run within 1/10th of your breakout consistently you will put 2/3s of the other riders on the trailer (from personal expirence). The rest is dumb luck and riding expirence.

as far as getting out of the hole quick - I have a dinner plate sized sprocket that says I can pull a 1.7 or better 60ft. no top end though.

If you have a NAPA store near you, you can pick one up there. Pt. no. 751-1351. I just picked one up this morning. And its set up for coil or magneto ignition.

Don't know about the older 750s, but my 81 F would have been a weapon if I'd been a little smarter(was 16). It left unbelievably good. Get the tire hot, dump the clutch, no finesse required. Until the clutch basket exitted through the sidecover. It ran mostly 12.5-7s. Think a 12.36 was my best lap on it, twenty two years ago, wow I'm old.

Send me a mailing address through the email address in my profile and I'll send you one. I've got a couple laying around that I don't use anymore since I've gotten out of lawnmower racing. I have some that can be wired either way, open or closed.
