New guy from Tallahassee, Fla area

Hello to all. I recently bought a 76 CB550F to tinker around with and get running good then make a few changes to it. The bike has high miles (70k) and has a few minor issues. I have owned a CB350 and an EX500 back in my college years, so I am not a complete new guy, but I have been out of the motorcycle game about 20 years. I own a modified and well running 91 GMC Syclone, so I have pretty good mechanical skills. I look forward to searching a lot and messing around with the bike. Forums like this are invaluable sources of information. Pic of the bike:

Jeeze, a functional bike, and a guy with a brain that works.

You may feel a trifle isolated on this forum.

Big fun. Lots of modded things, including heads, turbo (GT35r)@ 20 psi, ATA intercooler, meth injection, Steve Morris cam, 60 lb injectors, etc, etc. Money pit but lots of fun on the street. Last drag strip 1/8 mile was 7.41. Not bad for a V6. Thanks for knowing what they are.

    Howdy.

    Nice bike, nice truck.

As long as the bike racks up more miles on it's own, than on the back of the truck, everything will be allright.

That Syclone is badass! I love those things. My friend has a typhoon, but not as crazy as your syclone. It must rip! How are your brakes? They always kinda scare me on those...
Also, sweet 550. Those are cool too.
