    Fuel Tank Restoration

It's time to work on the fuel tank for my CB350 roadracer. The tank is in good shape with no real dents, no holes and average interior rust. I was planning to powerwash the inside then use some nuts and gasoline to scrape off the rust. Fuel cap is in great shape with a new seal and I gonna suck it up and buy an OEM petcock.

    Looking for suggestions for:
    • cleaning out the inside
    • sealing the inside
    • how best to keep the petcock hole and crossover holes from plugging during sealing
    • how to keep the sealant from flaking when all is done
