By the end of the week I would look for a local cycle salvage yard and see if you can get a spare set with good parts to scavenge, spares are always good. New? Call local Yamaha Dealers always an outside chance they might have one, or Google, possibly pay a prime for shipping and you could have it by mid-week.

Is it beyond repair? A little rubber cement is your friend for small tears. If that's not possible, read on.

    Options:
    1. Search part no. "CW007-770SD" at http://www.cyclewareables.com/pages/...diaphragms.htm ($138)
    2. Have it re-rubbered: http://www.motorcyclecarbs.com/_P15676.cfm
    3. http://www.sudco.com/images/p150.jpg lists part numbers and model interchangeability for your carbs.

This took all of 15 minutes and Google. I've never even seen an XS1100. Try harder next time.

k&l has xs1100listed but you will have to ck to see if it covers your machine.. i have been rebuilding some unavailable slide assemblies with diaphragms from k&l as they sell about 10 to 12 different ones which cover a lot of makes and models.. it sometimes takes some machining and light fab work but when there is no other option it works!
