    CB400F/CB350F Header Interchange

My CB400F header has finally given up the ghost. No amount of welding can save the poor beast.

I have a line on a Mac Header from a CB350F on the cheap to get me by until I can afford a Stainless job.

I know Mac isn't the best but it will do for now. My question is, will the CB350F header fit my 75 CB400F. I don't want to pull the trigger on the header and then find that it won't fit.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not saying the blokes here wouldn't know, but you might consider asking the specialists:

I posed the same question on SOHC4. We'll see who comes up with the answer. Or I might just say Screw it and buy the thing.

I am just about sure it will fit. If not an exact match, it should be an easy mod. I can't think of any reason it wouldn't work. I have a MAC on my Seca 550 racebike. I cut the muffler off because it was heavy, ugly and quiet. I stuck a used, rashed E-bay Yosh can on it that I shortened a couple of inches. It works really good. I think the header portion of the MAC works good.
