My 76 cb200 is no longer creating combustion in one cylinder, my question is this, can jets clog completely so that no fuel reaches the chamber? Or am I more likely looking at another problem?

Before deciding if you have a fuel problem, check to see if your getting spark to that cylinder. Remove that spark plug, re-connect your ignition cable to the plug and rest it on the cylinder head. Turn the engine over and see if the plug sparks. Check the overall condition of the plug, if it doesnt spark, try another plug. If your spark is ok - then move to the fuel side of the problem solving. If the plug does not spark - you have an ignition problem.

I'm having the same problem with my cb350. Left cylinder won't run. I'm getting good spark, so now I'm moving on to doing my first carb tear down. Should be fun, right?
