Got this bike as part of a package deal and really didn't want it or have space for it. I have the title for it. Bone stock. The motor turns over and sounds like it has good compression. I have robbed the master cylinder and key switch for another bike but otherwise it is all there. Nice stock F pipe. Wouldn't take much to get her going again - carbs, brakes, tires, chain. the usual. Seat has an aftermarket cover on it but it has no rips. $500. That is less than $1 per cc!. e-mail me [email protected]

Thanks

if you take those 4 bolts off, you can remove the clubmans and throw them out. you know. just so you are aware. since i know how you are.

500 seems like a pretty good deal, if it get goin for the usual amount of work.

love those ss tanks.

It is in Queens so I guess the answer is it is both on Long Island and in NYC. If someone from NY wants it I can help moving it around.

The motor kicks over nice and the exhaust is nicer than most of the F exhausts I see. I have never had anything apart on it so I can't speak as to the condition of the carbs, and the ignition switch is on my other bike so I can't speak as to the condition of the electrics (except to say that the main harness does not look too bad.

I have not been able to get the gas tank open to inspect how bad it is inside, so just assume that it is rusty and needs cleaning.

The bike showed up the clubmans loosely installed and I don't mind if it leaves with them the same way. The Master cylinder is also on my other bike but if someone really wanted I can dig around for another one in the parts stashes I have.

The way I see it, you have a pretty good start to a project cafe bike, a clean title in hand, and a motor that kicks over. If it were running or a K bike I wouldn't be parting with it but I have 3 other 76 F's and don't really need this one.

I'll be in New Orleans for the weekend so don't be surprised if I am slow to respond.

That looks exactly like my very first bike, right down to the replacement side covers. Mine didn't have those gay clubmans on it, tho.
