1979 Honda cm185 twinstar electrical issuse

I got this bike for free knowing it didn't run and it might be missing some things but the issues are: no spark, no electric start, seems like low power because the horn barely sounds and the high beams don't work but lows do and when I hit the electric start there's a click from the things that are right where the power goes off the positive I'm using a battery charger because I need and need battery a

Well thats the thing I'm using a battery charger on it so if I can get it to run I'll get a new battery

Most motorcycle batteries only last 2 - 3 years. If the bike was sitting for any length of time with the battery connected it will run flat.

So, if the battery is 2 - 3 years old or more, and been sitting for months, then there's a good chance it's dead and no amount of charging will bring it back to life.

Sure, you might get a 12v reading on a multimeter, but it will have lost it's CCA power which is what you need when starting a motorcycle.
