The way I see it; your choices are to either keep it completely together and sell it as an incomplete bike, or part it out and sell the pieces. If you are selling it as pieces you should keep the engine together and as intact as possible and sell that along with the frame. Any of the idiots that want to turn it into a cafe like bike will probably replace the front suspension with a stollen GSXR USD front end, replace all the lights with LED's, replace the battery with a crazy expensive LiPo unit and fit it with over sized Firestone tires anyway.
... maybe find a used tire to stick on there so it's easier to roll around for now, prop it up in front of a concrete block wall that is covered in graffiti for the next pictures
