Sadly there is zero engineering going on in these builds, no practiced skills or knowledge being displayed in the execution and no destructive or non-destructive testing provided to make sure it all works.

That would be about problem number seven or maybe nine, number one folly is: None of these chop shops appear to know what a frame jig is for or how to use one. If you're going to cut, build and weld on a motorcycle frame you start with a jig to position everything in place accurately during a welding process, they don't build real motorcycle frames freehand. Folly #2: they are making the marginal strength frame significantly weaker then the original by grinding the sub-frame section from a frame that was never built with a removable sub-frame. Folly #3: they are increasing the destructive loads imposed on what's left of that hacked frame by mounting bigger, heavier tires, wheels and brakes on it, clearly indicating the chopper builder has no clue how a performance motorcycle operates or where a motorcycle frame typically cracks and breaks.
