So,I got a hold of this bike a few months back from a kid who had gotten it from a family friend in Illinois,completely rust free,gorgeous bike.It is my every day driver now that my other Suzi its totaled,ill keep you updated as I clean her up,in the meantime let me know what you guys think! Especially other GS guys!

rearsets, forkbrace, braided lines, looks like KnN filters -all good stuff.rear shocks are? (redwing). dont know about the exhaust, rear light and plate placement. as far as the 650 goes its one of the better ones ive seen. most of the others ive seen are usually just clipons, a bump seat and cheap pods . those look like s**t..........

Are they K&N pods, normally they are red. Fender delete is not a wise choice. Header wrap on a bike is purely cosmetic. I'd ride it.
Uni's are red K&N are black (more or less). Agree it needs fenders but nice and clean overall.

Not a big fan of side mounted rear plates and I suspect the ergos might be better with rear sets a couple of inches forward, but not bad

I've never seen a K&N filter with Black media filter. They are white but turn red when using their red oil. Without the oil on them they are just another useless pod that doesn't filter anything. rarely do you see them white because they come already oiled from the factory.
