219 Idler Sprocket

I ask this in the most extremely unlikely event that one of you might know the answer.

Where can I get an idler sprocket in 219h or 219 pitch. Just the sprocket...like they used on the big Kawi's....which are about $100 now.
I really don't want to machine up a sprocket.

Second question...what size is the starter motor drive chain on a CB350? 219 maybe? If so...how many teeth on the starter motor gear?

Let me count the teeth on the 175 sprockets (also 219), I need one a bit bigger than the 175 version. The 350/175 might have the same size...in which case...like you, I've got a pile of them :)
