just got this 1972 triple running for 1st time in almost 20 years after an extensive engine rebuild by myself, it was imported from USA as a 'barn find' by a local guy who has spent a ridiculous amount of money restoring it.

I don't want it. I didn't like that chain saw when it was new and I still don't.

But you have done a simply amazing job. It looks like it should be sitting in a showroom fresh out of the box, or with its big brothers in a museum display named "3's of a kind"

I hope you do the same to a lot more motorcycles. Congratuations.

Again, another good job Tony.

Although I never owned one I still think it was the coolest of all the '70s two stroke 250s, even though it was the slowest, thirstiest and poorest at handling.
