The right float was stuck open. It pissed gas all night and into the van. It wouldn't make a diff when he was running the piss outta it. Gotta agree with JC, if you tear into the engine, there's a good chance you might miss summit. Try to get the PVl on, ditch the petcock and get those quick disconnects, (or a real tank) and call it good. And get rid of the alternator.
