I have a 68 bsa thiunderbolt and want to change the handlebars to a more pleasing looking cafe style. Has anyone done this and what style or type of bars did you use. Any other suggestions would be a big help. Thanks

I run clip ons on all my bikes except my BSA. The handle bar mounts are so far back that seems to work nicely, plus the original head light ears on a BSA would have to be removed for clip ons would be a crime in its self.

Rear sets are a definate must for clip ons or clubmans. You can make rear sets from your existing pegs or you can weld a small plate on the passenger peg mount and run your rear sets from there.
