73 CB500 - My clunky bars array...

Hey there everyone,

I got some nice clubman bars on the bike (73 CB500) but the stock brake master cylinder and signal controls look Really Large and clunky. They are also in very crummy shape and I am looking for replacements.

Has anyone an alternative to OEM replacements for them?
