Your best bet is to go to a cycle salvage yard. Find something that you like the looks of, and see if the lines match up. You can use just about anything as long as you don't mind doing a little splicing (for the electrics). There are also some generic aftermarket master cylinders and switches available through catalogs like Dennis Kirk. Use your imagination.
