Anyone ever used these as headlights? I'm thinking the 12V 55w halogens.

Would they work? I was thinking 'bout a dual headlight setup... and theyr'e pretty cheap.

But I don't know if they'd give a bright enough light, or long enough range.

I tested PIAA fog lamps out as headlights, worked ok. I will probably use them again but maybe not on a bike that I plan on riding alot at night.

i have a friend here in columbia who uses em as headlights on his chopper. they work great

some people are like slinkies, basically useless but they still make me smile when i push them down the stairs
