Pretty good brakes for their time espically on light european singles and twins (350-500cc), not much use on a jap inline 4 or any jap bike that came with disc brakes. Personally I am not that thrilled about the heft of that disc guard/hub which even though it is cast aluminum looks like a lot of reciprocating weight to me. Still has to be lighter than a drum though and it looks the part. That being said, for a cafe racer street bike this is pretty neat for a vintage look and will definatly pull a few "what the"s at a local bike night.

I wonder if this setup is AHRMA and Wera legal since it is a repro of a brake setup available in the 1960s.
