Agh, that sucks. Well, at least he's got the kind of job where he's able to get time off to heal. How did that class go? Did they get many entrants?

I think they had three guys show up. Not great, but not bad for a first race. There wasn't a lot of time for people to get their acts together since the idea was only solidified a couple of months before the race. I know Dave is still excited about the class. I think it will make for some good racing. Hope it works out.

If I came back to racing, I'd have an 883. I just like big old motorcycles. For me, there was nothing sweeter than a big twin bellowing under me as we went up the mainstraight.

Some people are kind of dissing the class I think, but yeah it really is in the spirit of old school racing. I think it would be a real riders class and a lot of fun to see a dozen of them out there racing.
