I am driving down to Mexico for a month (I volunteer for a house building organization) with an old van to leave there.

Going thru Birmingham Alabama I stopped at the Barber Motorsport Museum. Holy Cow, what a collection of beautiful bikes. It was total overload! I was hoping they would have an Ariel Colt I could look at for Resto Ideas, but no way. There were over 700 bikes on display. Old, new, race, high end, low end or just plan weird, you name it they were there!

So, if you are ever in the area, or want a road trip, be sure to check it out. Allow at least 4 or 5 hours!

Yeah, the museum is really amazing. I got sensory overload. I'm hoping to go again in October for the Vintage Festival and get to race this year. Let's get a strong showing of USCRA members in attendance.

Enjoy the warmth and bring some back north upon your return.
