OK bike, but not anything special. Don't wanna sound like a JERK, but I don't like this one. It just doesn't turn me on.

-spray painted swing arm; over-drilled disc brake; goofy gas tank, emblems etc; the crooked cast-chromed finned case covers don't work for me; a bunch of bolt-on crap; and I don't like this seat either....

The SOHC SB750s have a certain style, a certain spirit to them, and this bike somehow has moved just far enough away from the right direction to no longer be cool. This is a subtle thing to me, but it reminds me of those over-priced, cheap art reproductions -- the ones that are hand painted in sweatshops in South America.... They sort of look like the original, but they obviously are not.

I think that there are too many BLING BLING items on this thing -- the chromed foot pegs were the thing that represented the final straw. It all just looks so phony. I think that a lot of folks would like this bike (folks who pay lots of $$ for bikes they don't ride and trailer them to bike shows). To me it looks like someone thumbed through an hour thumbing through the 2006 Parts Unlimited and a Drag Specialties catalogs, and bolted on $200 - $500 of crap, hoping it would make the bike into something special. If that will do it, then this is a special bike. No offense to any one, but thumbs-down from me.

Peace and grease

its a very very clean bike. i'd say it could fetch $4000 maybe. but i would rather have a nicely restored one for that price. there just isn't anything real special about this one. other then how clean it is. oh, i just saw the pegs. put something sportier on it and that would help.

Bret said it best, all that time, effort and glitz and it's still installed wrong.

it's pretty hard to hold a camera steady too.
But it's so fast it's hard to catch clearly.

there is actually alot i like about that bike. its the little things im hating though. the grips. the mirror. the footpegs. those weird covers on the blinker stalks. like the vented brake. the inner fender is cool too. i like the color. someone spent alot of time on lorenzo...or whatever it says. why does it look like the forks are completely compressed? id rip about half of it off if i as to buy it. the motor is spotless. looks like its never been run. i mean there arre enough polished parts on that thing to make anyone happy.

i hate fucktards that post classifieds as their first post.

in my honest opinion, they are akin to the albanian spamers selling viagra on this site.

i'm with you fang....all lot of bolt-on crap and no substance.

now i know why i'm not a moderater....cause i would have nuked this thread!
