During the turkey dinner today I was day dreaming while my father-n-law was talking and thinking that the turkey pan would make a great belly pan for the bike. I have two into one header running under the bike and need to figure out a good belly pan. I would fiberglass one, but I am worried about the heat. I was also thinking of trimming down a nice baking pan or turkey pan, cutting a groove in it for the header pipe? Any suggestions?

I saw a bike that used a PAINT ROLLER TRAY. Crude but effective. Be sure you figure a way to hold down the required absorbent material. I will look at my bike (CL350 w/two pipes)to see what method is used.

Pete..

Tannermatic makes one but if you run it w/ the pipes underneathe it'll burn w/ the pipes.

I'm in the same boat as you since I changed my exhaust setup this year. I wonder if tannermatic will be willing to make one up for us wankies? Tanner, bueller, bueller...

Matt - We met a few times at the Loudon over the past couple of years. I'd be interested in one of your pans. Should I take picture of the pipes and email them to you? Note - any sale should be attributed to Tex's persuasive email.

Hey, TT sent me the link of a video clip of frontier land which follows you thru t1-t3 (if I recall correctly), is that one of your fairings as well? Cool shit!

Hope I am not breaking any code by sharing the clip... but I watch it every flippin' day! Weeeee....

yeah-

the footage was great...i got around baker out of 10, then upshifted instead of down going into 12 with the new GP pattern and bogged it though the infield back onto the straight. well, at least i missed vespa-zack's oil spill through 12.
