There are mixed reviews out there from the Brooklyn community. One of the local guys bought the silver cb750 that benji built awhile ago and the bike turned out to be a real piece when I saw it. However by the time I saw it (it was at my buddy's shop) the bike already had passed through two other shops of disreputibale reputation and it was hard to say what problems were caused by who.quote:
has anyone here bought anything from this guy? i'm thinking about getting a seat made for my CB750 and wanted to make sure no one had anything bad to say before i did.
Looking at the metal work I'd say benji does a really nice job with the seats and tanks. I don't think it will have the same durability as a stock honda part but few things will, and it will definatly outlast a lot of the fiberglass garbage out there.
That being said I have spoken to benji a few times via e-mail and found him to be very helpful and nice and if it helps I am considering having a seat and tank made for one of my own cb750.
