Today I received a call from Tom Kullen, the organizer of AHRMA's Sept. event in Salt Lake City. Details were worked out just yesterday for any racer wishing to run their bike on the salt for time during the World of Speed event. The World of Speed event will be on the salt Sept. 13th-16th. The AHRMA event will be
Sept. 15th-17th. Any racer wishing to do their best Burt Munro
impersonation may do so on Thursday, Sept. 14th. Tom says details will be posted on the Bonneville GP website soon. For speed lovers, it just couldn't be any more convenient.

that's a good heads up. i just came back from seeing the movie. loved it! hopefully next year they will have that same offer, as i won't make it this year. i wonder how fast my cb350 can go?
