well i am an avid cafe rider yet i was given this dirt bike. BTW i grew up on dirt, 18 years now on two wheels. any way i was wondering if any one knew of a good source for vintage suzuki parts? i was given a suzuki TS 400 that was made the month and year i was born so it has some meaning, anyway i am looking to restore it this winter, and it needs work! mahalo ---c

if anyone forgot i'm in VT so new englanders i'm counting on ya!

Try the VJMC - www.vjmc.org is the url (I think) Lots of good people that have lots of stuff, or sources for it anyways. Another suggestion is the vintageJcycles yahoo group, based out of Austrailia with lots of New Zelanders also - they have a much better climate than we do, so the bits last longer.
I do know of a couple of shops in Mass/NH that might have stuff for that bike - but I'm not positive.

try the ahrma roadracing site. ahrma.org?? they have a dirt section and adds for different places. sky cycle in lunnenburg mass might have parts. for nos, i couldnt even begin to guess. (maybe the dealer??) id maybe try the ahrma board. they race alot of vintage and not so vintage dirtbikes.

this is turning into an interesting project already. still have yet to tear into it but i thank you for the help. now if any of you are interested in going through a shed, a van and the basement with me maybe i can find the gas tank!! by the way if anyone is interested i am going to be a father in june, if all goes well. ride fast and take chances. ---c

aaron, you still working at the shop on occasion?? i could have the vid dropped there for you maybe next week. then all you have to do is give it mikey at the race around the parking lot. did you see the pics of the guy doing burnouts on the starting grid durring the lrrs production twins race?? kinda funny. i can only imagine the shit we would have gotten from doing that! anyway,
