Are the plugs wet with gas when you pull them after trying to start it?
If so, you're getting fuel.
Are the airbox/air filters clean?
If so, you're getting air.
Battery live? Good clean ground? Good connections at the coils and in the headlight? Plug wires uncracked, plug caps screwed onto the wires nice 'n' tight? Fresh plugs? Points clean and gapped (Hell, just buy new ones and a new condenser. Should set you back all of $15 - $20)?
If yes to all of the above, you got spark.
Fuel + air + spark = all you need.
Once you get the bike running, how well it runs depends on how much of each of the three above you're getting.
Don't go crazy with the starting fluid. That shit's dangerous, damaging to the engine and wouldn't you really rather have it running on plain old gas?
Honda go sideways!
