Anyone ever done one ? I haven't and I have the bike sitting in my kitchen, since the garage is too cold, and I'm looking for any words of wisdom or advise... Oh yeah and I don't have a manual either... But I'm taking notes and pictures during the disassemble.
Thanks

My advise, FWIW, get a manual. Also, a little splash of Tabasco livens up just about any dish...
Oh, and it's better to overexpose than underexpose the photos if you're sending your film out to a retail developer.

Get one of these http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_UseBVCookie=Yes&vertical=TOOL&pid=00947641000

The old screws/bolts on these bikes were made of playdo, and sometimes a regular screwdriver will just strip them. This thing will just beat them into submission, making want to leave the engine. And that's what its all about, having the screws/bolts realize that YOU are the master of the engine, what you says goes, and that they should obey YOU and only YOU.
