So I have the chance to purchase one of these screamers (with extra) for short money. What would it be eligable for in USCRA? Are they a lump? Worth? Cheap pit bike if nothing else.

Pull the disk brake off (if it's the cable version it's worthless anyway) and then you can run it in 200gp....even though it's much later than the cutoff it's pretty much identical to the 175's built back to 69 and the 175 slopers back to 67.
The problem with the CB200 is that it's a dog, slower than the 175.

Yeah it's a neat looking little bike.
And they can be made to go pretty good. Heck...never thought about it but you might be able to put a 175 head on it (which is ported better)...might gain you better compression too. And with the CB200T bolt on cam sprocket you can slot it for cam advancing real easy. Plus the 200T has a larger crankshaft camchain sprocket so it doesn't suffer the exploding cam chain link problem that is sometimes seen on CB175's. PLUS, the CB200T has a 15mm wrist pin instead of 14mm like the 175, which gives you some piston options...PLUS, the CB200T has a rod that is about 4mm longer which behaves a bit better at 12,000 rpm (less side loading and friction).

So...while a dog in stock trim...I can only assume they could be made into a reasonably competitive 200gp bike....or even ULWSV if you don't plan on beating Turk's MT, or Yannerilla's MT, or guys like Champ bumping his 250 into ULWSV.
