I just picked up a CB350 with a frame date of 10/72 and it is not worth getting it running.
Engine is locked, missing parts, etc.
What is good?
Forks, front wheel (I think), front caliper can be rebuilt, front master cylinder, foot pegs, kick starter, gas tank, seat is OK, fenders, etc.

Tell me what ya need and I will get ya pics and a price.

Sorry, the exhaust was stock and rustier than a nail.

Let me think... what do I have left?

The horn is real nice!
front fender has overspray on it, but otherwise it is decent.
anyone need motor parts? I am not taking anything more than the head off. The cylinders are stuck and it will require too much banging.
the front wheel still has good chrome on it! I didn't see any rusty spots.

I think that is about it.... i cleaned mostly everything else off.

Is this bike the twin or the four?
If it's the twin, I'm interested in the crankcase, specifically the kick starter spindle.
