Early turbo charged motorcycles had no choice other then to run parts that were relatively too large for optimum performance (turbo lag). If you shop for an old kit you are going to be buying into old tech. Turbo chargers are now available in much smaller formats, you might see far better results with something more current.
... obviously that will become very expensive and one more point, you want to put this on a bike that is very heavy and very fast in a straight line, get ready to break lots of speed limits unless you plan to take it to Bonneville.

turbocharged tank? There were some kits for the F, but the C and K are not really "performance" set ups.

I purchased a kit from a member here...Ricky_Racer....for a CB550 that was a gift for a family member......he may have a line on one.

You can make anything work. Mr Turbo (are they still in business? ) use to sell a generic kit.....but a lot of fabricating and customizing to make it work would be exhausting and mucho $$$$. At the end of the day it may not be worth it.
